Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years HOA management experience.
• 2 to 3 years customer service experience.
• CAI or CACM certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations for a portfolio of community associations.
• Provides leadership and consulting to clients on HOA management best practices.
• Runs Board Meetings monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Interacts with boards, vendors, contractors, and homeowners to ensure satisfaction.
• Creates budgets and manages financials; ensures client satisfaction and account retention.
