Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead change management across a portfolio of communities. You will supervise Directors at the Corporate office to ensure success in each group and act as a business unit leader for your teams.
You will support sales and growth goals for the region by developing leads and guiding initiatives. Requires 5+ years as a Community Association Manager, CACM or PCAM designation, and a Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading change management activities that support strategic organizational goals and manage the portfolio of communities. Supervising Directors at the Corporate office to ensure success in each group. Regional Managers operate as business unit leaders for their teams and manage the book of business assigned to each. Support the sales and growth goals for the region by developing leads and supporting sales efforts. Practice and adhere to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision. Maintains client satisfaction and account retention. Builds and manages teams effectively.
