Position Overview

Join a dynamic, growing organization dedicated to operational excellence, client satisfaction, and environmental stewardship. As a Regional Manager, you will serve as the primary operational leader directing regional projects, personnel development, and business development across your territory. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will drive regional profitability, enforce safety and QA/QC standards, and lead multi-disciplinary teams in both office and field environments.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Management
  • Act as Project Manager on designated regional projects, ensuring deliverables meet schedule, scope, budget, and QA/QC benchmarks.
  • Oversee daily facility operations, fleet maintenance, equipment logistics, and operational overhead.
  • Assist in formulating and managing annual regional budgets, monitoring P&L reports to protect and enhance margins.
  • Review and approve regional documentation promptly, including timesheets, subcontracts, and expense reports.

  • Champion a zero-incident safety culture by ensuring all staff complete required safety, client, and regulatory trainings.
  • Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, while handling internal personnel matters with confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; Bachelor of Science in an environmental, engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in environmental services and consulting.
  • Management Track Record: At least 2+ years of direct experience managing, mentoring, and supervising personnel.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Licensing & Screening: Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record; ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for extended periods on active field sites.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to job sites and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Availability during business hours with on-call flexibility for safety emergencies as required.
