Position Overview

As a Regional Manager, you will serve as the primary operational leader directing regional projects, personnel development, and business development across your territory. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will drive regional profitability, enforce safety and QA/QC standards, and lead multi-disciplinary teams in both office and field environments.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Management

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in environmental services and consulting.
• Management Track Record: At least 2+ years of direct experience managing, mentoring, and supervising personnel.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Licensing & Screening: Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record; ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for extended periods on active field sites.
• Willingness to travel regionally to job sites and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
