- 8+ years of environmental consulting experience, including project management responsibilities.

- Strong understanding of Texas environmental regulations and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Professional registration (PG, PE, or similar) is a plus but not required.
