Job summary

J&T Business Consulting in Amarillo, TX, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead environmental services and consulting operations across the region. You will drive project delivery, manage field and office teams, oversee budgets, and grow client accounts while ensuring safety and QA/QC standards.

The role requires a BS/BA in a technical discipline, 5+ years in environmental services, and at least 2 years of people management.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in an environmental, engineering, or related technical discipline.
5+ years of progressive experience in environmental services and consulting.
2+ years of direct experience managing, mentoring, and supervising personnel.

Responsibilities

Act as Project Manager on designated regional projects, ensuring deliverables meet schedule, scope, budget, and QA/QC benchmarks.
Oversee daily facility operations, fleet maintenance, equipment logistics, and operational overhead.
Assist in formulating and managing annual regional budgets, monitoring P&L reports to protect and enhance margins.
Review and approve regional documentation promptly, including timesheets, subcontracts, and expense reports.
Maintain routine executive communication with the VP of Operations regarding project statuses, milestones, and regulatory matters.
Spearhead regional business development and marketing initiatives to identify and capture new client accounts.
Serve as a senior brand ambassador, representing the company professionally on jobsites, stakeholder meetings, and industry events.
