• Two years of proven leadership experience including people management.
• Six years of experience in education.
• Bachelor and Master’s Degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop Supervisors and Consultants reporting to the EC Manager.
• Analyze data from finance, staffing and sales to forecast staffing needs.
• Maximize full-time staff utilization across multi-day projects; monitor part-time staff assignments.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal training for Consultants to ensure certifications.
