You will coach, collaborate with district leaders, and drive implementation across core, intervention, and assessment solutions.

In addition to leadership, you will support regional sales efforts, manage performance, and ensure programs meet school and district priorities.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience including people management.
• Six years of experience in education.
• Bachelor's and Master's Degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Supervisors and Consultants reporting to the EC Manager.
• Analyze staffing data and inform hiring and cross-training decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and training teams on program delivery and outcomes.
