Qualifications

• Two years of proven leadership experience including people management.
• Six years of experience in education.
• Strong knowledge in the Educational Services industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional Supervisors and Consultants.
• Analyze data from finance, resource deployment, and sales to forecast staffing needs and cross-train staff.
• Collaborate with sales, training, and internal teams to align PD with product certifications.
• Support large implementations with Customer Blueprints and PD plans.
