Qualifications

• Two years of proven leadership experience including people management.
• Six years of experience in education.
• Bachelor and Master’s Degrees preferred.
• Industry experience preferred in Educational Services.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the Educational Services industry.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop Supervisors and Consultants reporting to the EC Manager.
• Analyze data from finance, resources, and sales to forecast staffing needs.
• Maximize full-time staff utilization across multi-day projects.
• Identify and assign internal training for Consultants and ensure product certifications.
• Develop and deliver training beyond Product Certification (timecard, expenses, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales on pilot implementations and PD opportunities.
• Assist in creating Customer Blueprint and Outcomes Insight Tool usage for large implementations.
• Manage regional professional development events and provide onsite support.
• Collaborate on materials development and alignment with the Development team.
• Coordinate with VP and EC Leadership to meet budget and utilization goals.
