Job summary

Savvas Learning Company seeks a Manager of Educational Consulting to lead a regional team of Education Consultants, delivering paid professional learning aligned to Savvas goals. The role blends leadership, coaching, and collaboration with district leaders to drive implementation across core, intervention, and assessment solutions.

You will hire and develop supervisors, analyze staffing data, optimize resource deployment, and partner with sales and training teams to ensure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven leadership experience including people management.
• Six years of experience in education.
• Bachelor and Master’s Degrees preferred.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Educational Services industry for customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop Supervisors and Consultants who report to the EC Manager.
• Analyze data from finance, resource deployment, and sales pipeline to forecast staffing needs.
• Maximize full-time staff utilization and coordinate with resource deployment for multi-day projects.
• Identify and assign internal training and ensure product certifications are completed.
• Collaborate with sales on pilot implementations and customer engagements.
