Job summary

Savvas Learning Company in the United States seeks a Manager of Educational Consulting to lead a regional team of Education Consultants, delivering paid professional learning aligned to Savvas goals. You’ll blend leadership, coaching, and collaboration with district leaders to drive implementation across core, intervention, and assessment solutions.

The role requires living in the Midwest/Mid-Atlantic region near a major airport, strong instructional expertise, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven leadership experience including people management.
• Six years of experience in education.
• Bachelor and Master’s Degrees preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Educational Services industry as it applies to customer-facing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop Supervisors and Consultants who report to the EC Manager.
• Analyze staffing data and forecast needs; inform hiring and cross-training.
• Maximize full-time staff utilization across long-term projects; monitor part-time staff usage.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal trainings for consultants.
• Assist in developing and delivering trainings beyond Product Certification.
• Collaborate with sales on pilot implementations and customer opportunities.
• Develop Customer Blueprint outcomes and lead stakeholder discussions.
• Manage regional PD events and coordinate multiple consultants and onsite support.
