Job summary

Savvas Learning Company is seeking a Manager of Educational Consulting to lead a regional team of Education Consultants. You will hire, coach, and grow Supervisors and Consultants, align professional development with district priorities, and support regional sales efforts.

The role emphasizes data-driven staffing, cross-training, and collaboration with VP and Internal Training teams to ensure successful program implementations across core, intervention, and assessment solutions and to deliver

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience including people management.
• Six years of experience in education.
• Bachelor and Master's Degrees preferred.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge in Educational Services for customer-facing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize multiple needs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop Supervisors and Consultants reporting to the EC Manager.
• Analyze staffing data from finance, resources, and sales to forecast needs.
• Maximize full-time staff utilization and coordinate with resource deployment.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal training for Consultants.
• Assist in developing and delivering training outside of Product Certification.
• Coordinate with market sales leaders on opportunities for professional development.
• Contribute to RFP and services proposal language in professional development.
• Collaborate with Sales on pilot implementations and PD delivery.
• Develop Customer Blueprint for large implementations and define outcomes with customers.
• Manage regional PD events, coordinating multiple Consultants and on-site support.
• Identify materials/resource development needs with Service Solutions Development.
• Collaborate with National Projects Manager to assign Lead ECs to projects.
• Work with VP/EC Leadership to meet budgets and utilization goals.
