The role blends leadership, coaching, and collaboration with district leaders, internal teams, and sales to enable successful implementation and regional growth.

Candidates must reside in the Midwest / Mid-Atlantic region near a major airport, with up to 70%

Qualifications

• Two years of proven leadership experience including people management.
• Six years of experience in education.
• Bachelor and Master's Degrees preferred.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Educational Services industry for customer-facing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, management, and development of Supervisors and Consultants.
• Analyze data to forecast staffing needs and guide cross-training.
• Maximize full-time staff utilization and coordinate with resource deployment.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal training and certifications.
• Collaborate with market sales leaders to translate activity into PD opportunities.
• Contribute to RFPs and services proposal language for professional development.
• Support major pilot implementations with PD and job-embedded services.
• Develop Customer Blueprint outcomes and promote Insights Tool access.
• Manage regional professional development events with onsite support.
