Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN).
• Bachelor degree in nursing strongly preferred; Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align on plans to achieve quarterly and annual nursing goals in patient care, quality and experience.
• Support care team nurses in meeting Oak Street Health's standards of patient care.
• Recruit and hire clinical staff with fit to values and diversity in mind; build strong pipelines for new centers.
• Provide onboarding for Nurses, MAs, and Phlebotomists and support ongoing nursing development.
