Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, 5+ years of nursing experience and 5 years of management experience, plus strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 5+ years nursing experience; 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• 5 years of management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership with inclusive, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with central head of Clinical Support and regional leadership to align on quarterly/annual nursing goals and patient care quality.
• Support recruitment and hiring of clinical staff reflecting community diversity.
• Promote staff retention through engaging, equitable leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and state regulations.
• Advise nursing leadership on performance and care improvement opportunities.
• Implement and refine clinical standards to optimize patient flow and safety.
