Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse.
- Bachelor degree in nursing strongly preferred; Advanced degree preferred.
- US Work Authorization.
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
- 5 years management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel.
- Align on quarterly and annual nursing goals with regional targets.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of clinical staff.
- Develop ongoing nursing development opportunities and training programs.
- Directly manages MA and RN preceptors in the region.
- Improve care outcomes, patient experience, and staff engagement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and state regulations.
