Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a field-based Manager of Clinical Support to lead nursing teams (Nurses, MAs, Phlebotomists) across a region. You will collaborate with regional and central leadership to ensure quality care, patient experience, and staff engagement, while driving quarterly and annual nursing goals.

The role requires an active RN license, a BSN with an advanced degree preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred; advanced degree preferred.
• US Work Authorization.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
• 5 years management experience preferred.
• Ability to independently manage and lead projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Align on quarterly/annual nursing goals with regional leadership.
• Support recruitment and hiring of clinical staff with diverse backgrounds.
• Ensure onboarding for Nurses/ MAs/ Phlebotomists.
• Support ongoing nursing development activities and competencies.
• Directly manage MA and RN preceptors in the region.
• Foster an engaging culture to retain clinical staff and promote equity.
• Stay informed on industry standards and state regulations; share best practices.
