Bridges of Colorado is seeking a Regional Manager to lead clinical and service delivery in Colorado. The role oversees 8–10 service professionals, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centered case management and timely intake across districts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Current Colorado license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, and/or LAC).
• Minimum 4+ years’ work experience in criminal justice or behavioral health, incl. 2+ years of direct supervision.
• Demonstrated alignment with Bridges values and equity principles.

Responsabilités

• Supervise 8–10 Bridges service professionals across district/region.
• Provide onboarding, education, and supervision for staff and teams.
• Ensure timely intake, screening, and assessments with participants.
• Coordinate referrals to appropriate services and supports.
• Deliver clinical and group supervision, including crisis coverage.
• Promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practices and staff well‑being.
