Bridges of Colorado is seeking a Regional Manager non-licensed to oversee 8–10 service professionals across Colorado's judicial districts. This exempt, salaried role focuses on person-centered, trauma-informed care and coordination with courts and community partners.

You will coach staff, ensure timely intake and assessments, and guide policy implementation while advancing equitable access to behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social justice, social work, sociology, criminology, or a related field.
• 4+ years work experience in criminal justice, behavioral health, or related field, including at least two (2+) years of direct employment supervision.
• Demonstration of expertise and experience relevant to Bridges’ core mission, including rural and resort communities, guardianship, housing and transitions, benefits enrollment, competency, and other related areas.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Bridges service professionals (8–10 staff) across assigned districts, including training, planning, directing work, quality control, and staffing decisions.
• Provide intake, screening, and assessment guidance in alignment with person-centered practices.
• Support staff in referring participants to appropriate behavioral health services, Medicaid, and other payor sources.
• Lead onboarding, education, communities of practice, and professional development opportunities.
• Engage judicial officers and attorneys with timely information about participant needs and available services.
• Collaborate across regional systems to address gaps and promote positive outcomes for participants.
