Bridges of Colorado is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a team of service professionals across Colorado’s judicial districts. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, person-centered supervision and collaboration with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality engagement with participants.

Facilities include remote-friendly work with in-person court and participant meetings; strong emphasis on staff development, onboarding, and ensuring compliant behavioral health services across the region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field and Colorado licensure.
• Minimum of four years in criminal justice or behavioral health with two years of direct supervision.
• Licensed clinician with at least two years of practice and two+ years of direct supervision experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise 8–10 Bridges service professionals across districts; provide training and performance oversight.
• Oversee intake, screening and assessments ensuring timeliness and person-centered practices.
• Support staff with referral options and connect to community resources and payors as needed.
• Provide clinical and group supervision including crisis management and licensure support.
