Job summary

Bridges of Colorado is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the 6th, 12th, and 22nd Judicial Districts in Colorado. This exempt role supervises 8-10 service professionals, ensuring timely intake, assessment, and culturally responsive referrals.

You will lead training, performance management, and collaboration with courts to support participant outcomes. The candidate will drive program development, staff growth, and equitable access to behavioral health services within a reform-minded criminal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social justice, social work, sociology, criminology, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years in criminal justice, behavioral health, or related field with 2+ years in direct supervision.
• Expertise in Bridges’ mission areas including rural and diverse communities.
• Professional alignment with Bridges values, culture, and equity principles.
• Two+ years with Bridges can substitute for minimum qualifications; education may substitute for work experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Bridges service professionals in the job series.
• Oversee onboarding, training, discipline, and performance management.
• Coordinate intake, screening, and assessment ensuring person-centered practices.
• Lead staff development, onboarding, and communities of practice.
• Collaborate with judicial officers, attorneys, and service providers to address service gaps.
