Bridges of Colorado is seeking a Regional Manager (Non-licensed) to supervise 8-10 service professionals across assigned districts. The role centers on person-centered case management, collaboration with judicial officers, and ensuring timely intake, assessment, and referrals.

This is a salaried, hybrid position with state travel requirements. The incumbent will lead onboarding, training, and performance management while upholding Bridges’ values of equity, dignity, and trauma-informed practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4+ years in criminal justice, behavioral health, or related field.
• 2+ years of direct supervision experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise 8-10 Bridges service professionals across districts/regions.
• Oversee onboarding, training, assigning and directing work; participate in discipline/hiring.
• Ensure intake, screening, and assessment align with person-centered practices.
• Identify appropriate referral and treatment options and connect with payor sources.
• Provide leadership for onboarding, education, and professional development.
