Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple after-school enrichment program sites across partner schools in California. You will ensure safe, high-quality programming and strong collaboration with school staff, families, and coaches.

You will supervise on-site teams, monitor staffing, scheduling, program quality, and compliance, and travel between locations to support instructors and maintain program excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in leadership or operations roles in education or after-school programs.
• Experience managing multiple locations or teams preferred.
• Clearance and background checks required (child abuse clearance).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple after-school sites.
• Ensure high-quality programming across all schools.
• Serve as main contact for educators, administrators, and parents.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Conduct daily site visits to support instructors.
• Provide training and feedback to staff.
• Handle parent communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain attendance, incident, and performance records.
• Collaborate with leadership to align with company values.
• Follow company conduct and uphold Impact Kids look.
