Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable multifamily communities, including LIHTC, HOME, and project-based Section 8 properties. You’ll develop the Community Managers who run each site, own compliance and financial performance across the portfolio, and help shape its growth through acquisitions and dispositions.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multi-site properties and affordable housing programs.
• Strong LIHTC and regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to manage budgets and improve NOI while remaining compliant.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio operations across multiple communities.
• Develop and coach Community Managers.
• Ensure eligibility reviews, rent restrictions, and reporting compliance.
• Lead annual budgets and financial statements reviews.
• Oversee due diligence on acquisitions and dispositions.
• Stay current on local markets and regulatory changes.
