Job summary

SECTR Partners in Houston is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operational performance, growth, and financial success of a portfolio of dental practices across the Houston area.

You will lead multi-site operations, drive KPI improvements, and develop and retain capable Practice Managers, while ensuring a patient-focused culture of professionalism and care.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L oversight, and the ability to recruit, coach, and motivate a growth-minded team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years multi-site experience within healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage P&L performance and business KPIs.
• Strong people-management and leadership development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of multiple dental practices across the Houston region.
• Monitor KPIs including production, collections, new patients, case acceptance, hygiene performance, scheduling, cancellations, staffing, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to increase patient volume, treatment acceptance, hygiene utilization, and provider productivity.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing Practice Managers and operational leaders.
• Reinforce a culture where patients are treated with professionalism, empathy, and respect.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple dental practices across the Houston region.
