Job summary

Established Search is seeking an experienced multi-site healthcare leader to drive performance and develop high-performing teams across a regional dental portfolio. The role collaborates with doctors and executive teams to improve operational and financial results and support continued growth.

The candidate will lead Regional Directors and other leaders, drive growth, improve patient and team experience, and oversee acquisitions and openings across a broad geographic region with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership within a DSO or other multi-site dental organisation.
• Responsibility for a substantial portfolio of practices and P&L.
• Leadership of Regional Directors, Directors of Operations or equivalent multi-site leaders.
• Strong relationships with dentists and clinical partners.
• Experience improving practice performance across revenue, profitability, patient experience and team engagement.
• Exposure to acquisition integration, de novo growth or organisational expansion.
• Balance enterprise strategy with hands-on regional execution.
• Willingness to travel across a broad geography.

Our client is a rapidly expanding DSO looking for operational talent. This type of leadership role typically carries responsibility for a significant regional portfolio of dental practices, working closely with doctors, practice leaders and executive teams to improve operational and financial performance while supporting continued growth.

Responsibilities may include leading Regional Directors and other operational leaders, driving growth and profitability, improving patient and team experience, supporting new practice openings and acquisitions, and ensuring consistent execution across a geographically dispersed network. We’re particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate:

• Senior operational leadership within a DSO or other multi-site dental organisation
• Responsibility for a substantial portfolio of practices and P&L
• Leadership of Regional Directors, Directors of Operations or equivalent multi-site leaders
• Strong relationships with dentists and clinical partners
