Qualifications

12+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare or service operations leadership.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and operational analysis.
Proven success scaling operations in a high-growth or rapid-expansion environment.
Excellent communication and leadership presence across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Own regional operational performance, including revenue growth, labor management, gross margin, and operational efficiency.
Establish and drive accountability through KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and structured operating rhythms.
Develop Clinical Team Managers and coach/mentor them to build a scalable leadership bench.
Drive operational best practices and remove barriers to scheduling, staffing, and patient experience.
Execute regional growth strategies focused on provider productivity, visit volume, and market penetration.
Serve as an executive liaison for key client relationships and ensure strong client satisfaction.
