Job summary

URBN Dental Implants & Invisalign in Houston seeks a Dental Regional Manager to mentor Office Managers across 3–6 locations and align office operations with corporate strategy. You will oversee KPIs, billing, treatment planning, and team performance while conducting site visits to cultivate culture and drive results.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned multi-site dental leader who mentors teams, stays calm under pressure, and upholds a people-first approach to patient care and workplace excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site dental leadership (3+ years).
• Proven ability to mentor and coach office teams.
• Strong focus on KPIs, billing/collections, and operations systems.

• Mentor and support Office Managers across 3–6 locations.
