Qualifications

• +3 years multi-site experience within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of multiple dental practices across the Oklahoma region.
• Monitor KPIs including production, collections, new patients, case acceptance, hygiene performance, scheduling, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to increase patient volume, treatment acceptance, hygiene utilization, and provider productivity.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing Practice Managers and operational leaders.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, empathy, and respect for patients.

SECTR Partners are supporting a growing DSO in their search for a Regional Manager in Oklahoma. The Regional Manager is responsible for the operational performance, growth, team development, and financial success of a portfolio of dental practices throughout Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple dental practices across the Oklahoma region.
• Monitor key performance indicators including production, collections, new patients, case acceptance, hygiene performance, scheduling, cancellations, staffing, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to increase patient volume, treatment acceptance, hygiene utilization, and provider productivity.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing Practice Managers and operational leaders.
• Reinforce a culture where patients are treated with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
