SECTR Partners in Oklahoma is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices. You will oversee operational performance, growth, team development, and financial success across the OK region.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L management, and KPI-driven oversight across multiple sites. You will recruit and develop Practice Managers, drive high-quality patient care, and build a patient-centered culture that delivers results.

Qualifications

• +3 years multi-site experience within healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L performance and business KPIs.
• Strong people-management and leadership-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of multiple dental practices across the Oklahoma region.
• Monitor KPIs including production, collections, new patients, case acceptance, hygiene performance, scheduling, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to increase patient volume, treatment acceptance, hygiene utilization, and provider productivity.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing Practice Managers and operational leaders.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, empathy, and respect for patients.
