Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with asset management to prepare annual budgets and re-forecasts.
• Ensure capital improvements are completed on time and within budget.
• Minimize delinquencies and meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Review rent increase proposals and distribute notices per regulations.
• Maintain property facilities to company standards.
• Coach and mentor staff and build a collaborative sales-ops team.

This position collaborates with property managers, team members and the Vice President to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for residents and guests.
