Equity LifeStyle Properties in Gettysburg, PA is hiring a Property Manager to lead operations, guest relations and fiscal health at our resort/community. You will manage resources and assets, conduct marketing to attract residents and guests, hire and supervise staff, and maximize profitability while maintaining a clean, attractive property.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in RV or manufactured home community settings.
• Strong operations skills and ability to manage complex responsibilities.
• At least one year of customer service experience and excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage resources and assets of the property, including buildings and amenities.
• Conduct marketing activities to attract new customers and maintain occupancy.
