The position requires travel up to 60% and a strong background in regional property management, with excellent communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in property management or related field.
• 5+ years regional property management experience, preferably in multi-family or resort operations.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with asset management to prepare annual budgets and reforecasts.
• Ensure timely completion of budgeted capital improvements within budget.
• Minimize delinquencies and strive to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Review rent increase proposals and ensure compliant notice distribution.
• Maintain property facilities to company standards.
• Train staff to sustain guest/resident relations.
• Collaborate to encourage resident compliance and maintenance.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and build a collaborative sales-operations team.

This position collaborates with property managers, team members and the Vice President to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for residents and guests.
