Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Trainer I in Nashville to develop technicians’ skills and oversee development plans for Field Maintenance Technicians. You will provide advanced technical assistance to technicians and the Technical Support Center as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating training for new technicians, evaluating performance, creating training materials, and acting as a SME in at least one trade. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant field experience.
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates training of new Field Maintenance Technicians in all aspects of the business.
• Aligns regionally with Regional Facilities Manager and Area Facilities Managers.
• Evaluates employees using performance metrics and skill assessments; identifies training needs.
• Develops, implements and delivers training programs for individual development.
• Creates skill and development plans and provides feedback to management.
