Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to provide technical leadership and support across a portfolio of multifamily communities. This role involves regular travel between properties to inspect, coach, and troubleshoot complex maintenance issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

The position partners with Property Managers and Regional Managers to execute preventative maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support long-term asset performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant maintenance experience in property management or hospitality environments.
• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing maintenance teams across one or more communities.
• Experience with maintenance budgeting, procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property visits to evaluate maintenance operations and coach on-site teams.
• Perform and assist with preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance across multiple communities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, painting).
• Monitor life safety and regulatory compliance; maintain maintenance records and EPA logs.
• Support turnover operations and make-ready planning to ensure unit readiness and efficiency.
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing, vendor coordination and capital projects.
