• Oversee regional maintenance management across multiple locations within a designated region.
• Conduct regular site visits including curb appeal, maintenance projects, inventories, and policy adherence.
• Lead on-site teams and the regional manager to address deficiencies promptly.
• Reinforce safety programs (Asbestos, Lead-Based Paint, Mold) to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements while maintaining quality.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills to ensure business continuity.
