Asset Living is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance management across multiple locations within a designated region, leading a team to ensure operational excellence and high standards of curb appeal, safety, and service delivery.

The role requires travel 50–60% annually in Colorado, with EPA and CPO certifications, strong budgeting and KPI skills, and the ability to implement preventive maintenance programs and emergency plans. Salary range is $90,000–$95,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of strategic maintenance planning and leadership.
• Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively, productively, and positively with other Associates.
• Possess the ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, and Outlook.
• Ability to have flexibility with working schedule based on business and deadline needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and review maintenance projects, reports, and standards inspections.
• Work with on-site team and Regional Manager to correct deficiencies identified in site inspections promptly.
• Reinforce community environmental safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential crises and ensure business continuity.
• Conduct drills and training sessions for maintenance staff.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as makeready and workorder completion times.
