• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for crises.
• Conduct drills and training sessions for facility staff.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as makeready and workorder times.
• Analyze KPI data to spot trends and drive efficiency.
• Assist in developing capital budgets and project scopes.
