Job summary

Harvard University is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Operations Planner/Scheduler to support the FMO division. You will manage CMMS data in Maximo, design Asset/PM reports, and help schedule daily work orders in coordination with HMS supervisors and managers.

Key responsibilities include configuring preventive maintenance programs, asset creation/decommissioning, and coordinating shutdowns with construction teams. Strong planning, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related work experience in the field of maintenance.
• Massachusetts state trade license required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10 years’ related technical or vocational training/experience will be considered in the absence of a degree.
• Knowledge and training on computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Five years’ experience in the development of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Asset and Preventive Maintenance data in Maximo for HMS assets.
• Create, update, and decommission assets.
• Configure and maintain Preventive Maintenance programs in Maximo.
• Design reports in Microsoft Excel to provide Asset, PM Program, and related Work Order information.
• Schedule and coordinate daily work orders with HMS supervisors and managers.
