Job summary

TEi Construction Services is seeking an Area Manager based in Arizona to oversee project progression across the region. You will build strong customer relationships, lead estimating and proposal efforts, and manage project execution from opportunity identification through completion, with travel across the assigned territory as required.

You will work closely with TEiC leadership, project teams, and customers to drive safe execution, operational performance, and growth within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading power generation maintenance projects.
• Strong estimating, project execution, and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of project controls and risk management practices.
• Technical knowledge of power plant systems and major power generation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, plant operators, and industrial power generation customers within the assigned area.
• Identify upcoming maintenance opportunities and support TEiC's regional growth strategy.
• Lead the transition from estimate to formal proposal through TEiC commercial processes.
• Provide oversight of TEiC maintenance projects within the assigned region and monitor safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Mentor and support project leadership teams and participate in staffing and leadership development decisions.
