Job summary

TEiC is seeking an Area Manager for their operations in Virginia, Minnesota, responsible for customer relationships and project leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies while managing projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of project controls and project risk management tools.
• Technical knowledge of power plants and power equipment.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and review area estimates.
• Lead internal RFQ evaluation process.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Monitor TEiC project activities and compliance.
• Provide project status to senior leadership.
• Lead risk analysis for project issues.
• Review effectiveness of TEiC project leadership.
• Complete all commercial and operational reporting.
