Job summary

Tucson Electric Power seeks a seasoned Manager, Transmission & Distribution to lead Construction & Maintenance Resources, directing multiple teams and contractors in planning, building, and maintaining critical grid infrastructure.

You will shape long-term T&D strategies, drive safe, on-time project delivery, manage budgets, and collaborate across departments and with external partners to uphold safety, inclusion, and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of electric utility construction and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Construction Managers, contractors, and project teams to deliver construction and maintenance work safely and on schedule.
• Set priorities, coach employees, and drive succession planning.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, change orders, and project closeout.
