Job summary

RMC Facilities Services, Inc. in Southern California seeks a regional leader to spearhead expansion in Arizona, building a new office and assembling a team to deliver large-scale tenant improvements.

You will oversee lifecycles from bids through closeout, mentor operations teams, manage budgets and bids, and nurture major client relationships while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent commercial tenant improvement and project management experience.
• Strong plan reading, scheduling, profit forecasting, and budget control.
• Experience analyzing subcontractor bids, defining scope, and negotiating terms.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite including MS Project, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of general contract regulations and OSHA construction safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete commercial construction lifecycles from bid package to closeout.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor project operations teams and site supervisors.
• Direct mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and tenant improvement trades.
• Manage project financials with forecast, budget tracking, and bid analysis.
• Cultivate relationships with high-profile commercial clients and property managers.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards, schedules, and daily reporting.
