Job summary

Fairgrove Property Management seeks a Regional Manager to lead property operations across a portfolio in Southern California. You will drive financial performance, manage on-site teams, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, KPI oversight, staff development, and compliance with housing laws, while supporting technology adoption and capital projects for portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive multi-family, scattered-site management.
• Strong knowledge of technology and cloud-based software.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure properties meet or exceed budgeted financial goals, including NOI and occupancy targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as rent growth and lease renewal percentages; guide improvements.
• Conduct regular property visits and support on-site teams in operations.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Property Managers and onsite staff.
• Provide coaching, set expectations, and promote a culture of accountability.
• Oversee compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate on annual budgets, operating plans, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify improvement opportunities and oversee capital projects.
