Job summary

Fairgrove Property Management in Southern California is seeking a Regional Manager to lead property operations across the portfolio. You will direct a team of property managers and onsite staff, drive budget performance, and ensure operational excellence across scattered-site multi-owner properties.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, KPI monitoring, compliance with Fair Housing laws, and implementing technology initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of progressive responsibility in multi-family, scattered-site management.
Third-party management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of computers and technology, including cloud-based software and applications.

Responsibilities

Ensure all properties within the portfolio meet or exceed budgeted financial goals, including NOI, occupancy rates, and revenue targets.
Monitor KPIs, such as rent growth, lease renewal percentages, and expense control, providing guidance to achieve desired results.
Conduct regular property visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and support onsite teams in implementing solutions.
Recruit, mentor, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams to build high-performing, results-oriented teams.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team training to align with company objectives and foster professional growth.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members, ensuring clarity of expectations and accountability.
