Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon RME Full Time experience.
Work a flexible schedule/shift, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years Amazon RME experience
Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
2+ years of CMMS experience
2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures during maintenance activities across the site.
Design and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs that enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor MHE metrics and partner with applicable team to address system performance issues and provide analysis across all operations.
Travel domestically up to 80% to provide escalation support and guidance within your region.
