Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical or related field, or 2+ years Amazon RME experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities.
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage and coordinate external contractors while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor MHE metrics and address system performance with cross-functional teams.
