The ideal candidate has HVAC and plumbing expertise, EPA certification, and 5+ years in maintenance or facilities management. This full-time position emphasizes coaching, on-site problem-solving, and adherence to NSPIRE standards.

Qualifications

EPA Certification required for HVAC work.
Licensed Journey Plumber with ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
5+ years in property maintenance, construction, or facilities management.
Ability to travel frequently with overnight stays.
Experience with HUD or NSPIRE inspection protocols.

Responsibilities

Ensure NSPIRE readiness across multiple communities.
Assist with state agency inspections and corrective actions.
Participate in construction walks and warranty inspections.
Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural work.
Coach and train on-site teams to uphold quality and safety standards.
Lead special maintenance projects and manage utilities optimization.
