Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising training, budgeting for major projects, leading bidding activities, coordinating site progress, and drafting specifications, all while maintaining regulatory compliance and high service standards for residents.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in office building, shopping center, or multi-unit residential maintenance.
• Experience offsetting minimum education requirements may be possible with extensive work history.
• High school and vocational training is required as baseline education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance team training and development.
• Participate in budget reviews for major projects and capital expenditure planning.
• Lead bidding processes for major capital projects and ensure bid compliance with specifications.
• Manage major projects with site staff and ensure progress per contract and specs.
• Assist in writing engineering and maintenance specifications for major projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance related to environmental issues and company policies.
• Act as SME for engineering/maintenance in new construction and development processes.
• Review and implement strategies for repair and maintenance OPEX budgets and expenses.
