Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor for a multi-unit residential property. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring quality workmanship across mechanical systems, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of property maintenance experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage vendor bids and ongoing facilities needs.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years: Commercial or multi‑unit property experience required.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC/electrical/plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff.
• Train, coach, and communicate with the maintenance team.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment including HVAC.
• Handle carpentry, electrical, plumbing tasks as needed.
• Interface with contractors and vendors; solicit bids.
